Carefully read the cell instructions to understand the cell related information, such as cell morphology, culture medium used, serum proportion, required cytokines, etc.
Wipe the surface of the cell bottle with 75% alcohol and observe the cell state under the microscope. Due to transportation problems, a small amount of adherent cells will fall off from the bottle wall. Put the cells in the incubator for static culture overnight, and then take them out the next day for observation. At this time, most cells will adhere to the wall. If the cells still cannot adhere to the wall, please use trypan blue staining to determine the cell viability. If it is confirmed that the cell viability is normal, please centrifuge the cells and adhere to the wall again with fresh medium; If the staining results show that the cells are inactive, please take photos and contact us in time. After the information is confirmed, we will send it again for free.
It is recommended that the customer take several cell photos in the first 3 days after receiving the cells to record the cell status, so as to facilitate communication with the technology department.
